Responsible for providing leadership to a diverse team of Cloud, Software, RPA, DevOps, Systems, and Site Reliability Engineers as they work to design, implement, and continually improve our internal and customer facing service offerings and capabilities. We strive to tear down silos by working directly with customers and teams to help them identify and define opportunities, determine possible solutions, and implement cutting edge solutions to solve these complex problems. Tracked and ensured proper state and federal procedures, documentation, and processes were completed. Led an intensive recruitment and retention program for top talent acquisition. Led the Go Live team for SAP planning, coordination, and implementation at our plant. Participated in the setup and then correction of Master Data within the SAP system. Power User in charge of ensuring proper training of all employees that were required to use SAP. Helped the plant reach an OSHA Incident Rate of zero as well as maintaining that rate. Implemented and facilitated the first Safety Committee at our plant location. 70% increase in hourly employee participation within the Safety Committee and BBS Program.
